This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use StonePath Apps™, including SolidOATH FirstStone, SolidOATH Crossing, SolidOATH Passage, and SolidOATH Core.
1. Who We Are
StonePath Apps™ is a software brand owned by Treasure State Holdings, LLC and operated by Heron Bayou Ventures, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This Privacy Policy applies to StonePath Apps, SolidOATH FirstStone, SolidOATH Crossing, SolidOATH Passage, SolidOATH Core, our websites, checkout pages, support channels, and related services.
Some StonePath Apps intellectual property, product assets, or related business materials may be owned by or licensed from Treasure State Holdings, LLC.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the services:
- Account and contact information, such as name, email address, login status, support address, and account identifiers.
- Purchase and entitlement information, such as product purchased, plan, coupon, checkout status, payment confirmation, refund status, and billing contact details. Payments are processed by Stripe or another checkout provider; we do not store full credit card numbers.
- Project and product information, such as project names, route choices, saved-work labels, approval records, launch notes, and support messages.
- Connected-provider information you choose to provide, such as provider names, account labels, project identifiers, screenshots, public configuration values, and authorization status. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment credentials, or private customer data unless a secure flow expressly asks for it.
- Device, usage, and technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, buttons clicked, timestamps, logs, error reports, and approximate location derived from technical information.
- Communications, such as emails, support requests, feedback, survey responses, and other messages you send to us.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve StonePath Apps; create and manage accounts, saved work, entitlements, and purchases; process checkout, coupons, refunds, support requests, and transactional communications; help you plan SolidOATH Crossing routes and other product workflows; maintain safety boundaries; analyze product usage; comply with legal obligations; enforce our terms; and protect legal rights.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another checkout provider displayed at checkout. We may receive payment status, product, price, coupon, customer, and transaction identifiers, but we do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials. 5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, save local project state, improve product performance, understand usage, and protect the services. Some features may not work correctly if these technologies are disabled.
We do not use cookies to sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current product setup.
6. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information to service providers and processors that help operate the services; third-party platforms you choose to connect, authorize, or use as part of your project; legal, safety, and compliance recipients when required or appropriate; and business transfer recipients subject to appropriate protections.
7. Provider Connections and Screenshots
SolidOATH Crossing and related tools may ask you to identify services you use, review provider dashboards, upload screenshots, or approve connection steps. We use that information to help prepare your route, account matching, launch checks, and support. You should remove or avoid submitting unnecessary secrets, private customer data, private payment information, or sensitive personal information.
8. AI-Assisted Features
If AI-assisted features are used, project prompts, support messages, setup details, screenshots, and other information you provide may be processed to generate suggestions, checklists, summaries, or support responses. Do not provide passwords, private keys, payment credentials, or highly sensitive personal information in AI helper chats or notes.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain accounts and project records, complete transactions, support users, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and keep appropriate business records. We may retain limited records after deletion requests where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of personal information, portability, limitation of certain uses, objection to certain processing, opt-out of certain disclosures, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. StonePath Apps does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a privacy request, contact support@stonepath.build. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you use an authorized agent, we may request proof of authorization where permitted by law.
11. Marketing Communications
If we send marketing emails, you may opt out by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting support@stonepath.build. We may still send transactional, account, purchase, security, support, or service-related messages.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no internet or electronic storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children's Privacy
StonePath Apps is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@stonepath.build so we can review and take appropriate action.
14. International Users
StonePath Apps is operated from the United States. If you access the services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable law.
