Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 26, 2026

These Terms apply to StonePath Apps™, including SolidOATH FirstStone, SolidOATH Crossing, SolidOATH Passage, SolidOATH Core, related websites, checkout pages, support channels, and account features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Heron Bayou Ventures, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company that operates StonePath Apps. StonePath Apps™ is a software brand owned by Treasure State Holdings, LLC and operated by Heron Bayou Ventures, LLC. By accessing or using StonePath Apps, SolidOATH FirstStone, SolidOATH Crossing, SolidOATH Passage, SolidOATH Core, or any related StonePath software, website, checkout, support, or account feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any StonePath Apps intellectual property, product assets, software, workflows, names, or branding to you.

2. What StonePath Apps Provides

StonePath Apps provides guided software tools and operational workflows for founders, small businesses, and project owners. SolidOATH Crossing helps users plan and prepare movement between apps, backends, hosting providers, data systems, and launch environments. SolidOATH Core is a secure account area for sign-in and keeping saved work together.

StonePath Apps is software and workflow support. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, registered agent, payment processor, hosting provider, or managed IT service unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

3. No Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Professional Advice

Content, prompts, checklists, automation guidance, AI-assisted suggestions, templates, and support responses are provided for general informational and operational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, compliance, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, confirming requirements with qualified professionals, and deciding whether any action is appropriate for your situation.

4. License and Access

After a valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the specific StonePath product, plan, or feature you purchased for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute access, software, code, protected workflows, private templates, or non-public product materials without written permission from Heron Bayou Ventures, LLC.

5. Accounts, SolidOATH Core, and Existing Projects

Some features may require an account, email verification, entitlement check, or SolidOATH Core setup. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of any login links, credentials, connected-provider permissions, and project access.

Saved-work access may require a paid unlock, account setup, and appropriate safety checks. We may decline or delay account access where ownership, entitlement, or safety checks cannot be confirmed.

6. Connected Providers and Approval-Gated Changes

StonePath Apps may help you review, connect, or prepare work involving third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, databases, email providers, domain registrars, app builders, or other software platforms. Those providers are not controlled by StonePath Apps and remain subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, permissions, and policies.

SolidOATH Crossing and related tools are designed around review-first workflows. Sign-in, screenshots, connector checks, and guided setup do not by themselves authorize live changes. Production writes, payment changes, domain changes, database changes, deployment changes, provider configuration changes, or other material actions require your clear approval through the process we provide or a separate written instruction.

7. Purchases, Pricing, and Billing

StonePath products are currently sold as one-time purchases unless a checkout page or written offer states otherwise. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe or another checkout provider shown at checkout. We do not store your full credit card number.

Promotional prices, founder prices, early-buyer offers, coupon limits, upgrade prices, and plan availability may be limited by time, quantity, eligibility, or product stage. We may correct obvious pricing or checkout errors before fulfilling an order.

8. Refunds

Because StonePath products are digital tools and may provide immediate access to software, templates, workflows, or support preparation, all sales are final unless a checkout page, written offer, or applicable law provides otherwise. If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased product, contact support@stonepath.build and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

10. User Content and Project Information

You may provide project names, route choices, provider information, screenshots, support messages, setup notes, and other materials. You retain ownership of your own content, but you grant us permission to use it as needed to operate, provide, secure, support, improve, and document the services you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any content or account information you submit. You should not submit confidential third-party data unless you have authority to do so and the product flow is designed to receive it.

11. AI-Assisted and Automation Features

Some StonePath features may use AI-assisted analysis, draft generation, workflow suggestions, or automation planning. AI and automation outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific project. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, StonePath Apps will not intentionally perform live production writes, deploys, DNS changes, payment changes, or provider changes without your clear approval.

12. Intellectual Property

StonePath Apps™, SolidOATH FirstStone, SolidOATH Crossing, SolidOATH Passage, SolidOATH Core, software code, user interfaces, workflows, prompts, designs, graphics, templates, documentation, names, logos, and branding are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

13. Disclaimers

StonePath Apps is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that any migration, setup, connector, launch, provider configuration, payment setup, email setup, domain setup, legal document, compliance checklist, or business result will be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your circumstances.

Third-party services may change their APIs, pricing, dashboards, policies, or availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, provider decisions, data loss, lost revenue, ranking changes, domain issues, payment processor decisions, or platform behavior outside our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heron Bayou Ventures, LLC, Treasure State Holdings, LLC, and their members, officers, contractors, agents, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, provider account action, or failed launch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific StonePath product or service giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Heron Bayou Ventures, LLC, Treasure State Holdings, LLC, and their members, officers, contractors, agents, licensors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the services, your content, your connected accounts, your instructions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for StonePath Apps or another user, attempted unauthorized access, misused connected-provider features, or used the services in a way that could cause legal, security, operational, or reputational harm. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to us.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of StonePath Apps after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
